The dogs that don't bark

The Czech Koruna is floating free and nothing has happened. The dog didn't bark. That's a very strange thing. By dog, of course, we mean the appreciation- or rise- of the Czech Crown against primarily the Euro. Many experts predicted that when the Czech Crown was allowed to rise against the Euro so that fewer than 27 Crowns equalled a Euro, it would go to values of 24 or 25 to the Euro, similar to where it was when the Czech National Bank…
